Daniel “Dan” Andrews is a Knights of Columbus Field Agent with the M. Stice Agency, serving brother Knights and their families in Lancaster County and Chester County, Pennsylvania. Dan has been a member of the Knights of Columbus since 2012 and became a Field Agent for the Order in 2015.

When asked why he became a Field Agent, Dan said, “I became a Field Agent because I was looking for a new career with a strong moral and ethical company. I want to help my Brother Knights and their families have financial peace of mind through the insurance products the Knights of Columbus has to offer its members.”
Originally from Belleville, New Jersey, Dan earned an associate degree in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Elizabethtown College.

Prior to becoming a Field Agent, Dan enjoyed a 34-year career working for RR Donnelley Printing company, where he progressed from an entry level position to Production Manager in their Financial division.

Dan has been married to his wife, Donna, since 1981. Donna is a Medical Coder for Lancaster General Hospital. Dan and Donna have three adult children and six grandchildren. Dan and Donna are parishioners at Mary, Mother of the Church Parish where Dan is an Extraordinary Minister, a member of Mater Ecclesiae Council #14786 and a 4th degree member of Assembly #915.

In his spare time, Dan enjoys camping and spending time with his family and friends. On clear days, he also enjoys flying his radio-controlled airplanes. 
When asked what he hopes to achieve for his members, Dan said, “I want to help every member, I serve, reach their personal best. Be that on the Fraternal side of the Knights of Columbus by being a better Catholic Gentleman or on the financial side. I want to show them the benefits offered by the Knights and how those benefits can help them protect their family for generations.”
